Hi i'm just trying to resolve a problem with gift vouchers. Basically i want to have people send the voucher number in and also there credit/debit card details so that if there is any extra to charge or a refund required this can be done as required.
Now i have tried several methods but whatever i try i can't get it to send the credit card details that are required so i want to add an extra form box to the Checkout Page 2 where customers enter there credit card details where they can enter the gift voucher number. Does anyone know if this can be done and if so how and where would the details be shown as in would the details be printed on the data entry so that the order can be processed using the voucher and customers credit card details to cahrge or refund the balance?
One option would be to simply change the General Information and only have a single form field for this and use the other for the voucher number although this is not ideal as the two fields often give usefull information. Ideally i need to basically add a third form field and my Gift Voucher issue would be resolved all be it a bit of a bodge but then again what isn't with Actinic :-)
