Click heatmaps, is your layout useless?

Click heatmaps are a way to see who clicks where on your site, and lets you make educated descisions when it comes to layouts, other than what just looks good, but does not perform.

If the big boys like amazon and play do it, then why cant we?

Go to this website, explore it, play with the cool demo and download it. There are full instructions on how to get it working. It took me about 5 minutes to upload and setup. You need php on your server.

If those of you with wierd layouts could post some pics here, and some help on how they tweaked their layouts, that'd be great, it is a community after all!
