tranfering orders from one machine to another

Hi There,

My clients internet access was down for a few days so he could not download his orders, without uploading the snapshot of his I had on my machine as it was out of date, I just downloaded the orders for him and gave him the orders details he needed.

My question is, is there a easy way of transferring my orders onto his machine?

in a word, no.

and now in many words...
If you try to "copy" orders into the database, it will overwrite what is already there.

If there aren't too many, your client could enter them as manual/offline transactions and then edit the dates(if you can) and order numbers in the database to match the originals?

this was discussed recently actually but I believe there was not a real solution to it.
