Oops, I've broken my Add to Cart buttons

Can anybody help me? I was foolishly playing around with the CSS settings for the site I've designed (I say foolish because I really can't claim to understand how it works, I should really do some background reading!) and now instead of just the text "Add to Cart" my cart buttons now have the text <span style='font-size: 12px;'>Add to Cart</span> written in them.

What have I changed and how do I fix it?

Revert to your last snapshot or revert layout.

I'd rather not revert to a snapshot, the last one was hours ago and I've done loads since then

Okay, so in a related fashion can you now tell me how exactly I would go about changing the size of the text in the Add to Cart button? I think I'm nearly there with understanding how this CSS thing works

Well if it's a graphic then you need to redo the graphic, if it's a text button styled with CSS, then you need to find the text size applied to the style and increase it. Get yourself Firefox and Firebug addon - both free and will teach you loads.
