Realex Signature Problem?

Hi All,

I'm getting this error when Realex tries to point back to Actinic after putting credit card details in.

"Error in checking signature, during authenticating response"

Any ideas at all would help?

Sounds like the same problem you posted here:

Try that patch and double check your merchant keys are entered in correctly.

Hi Toby,
I am having the same problem as Lee, I have used the code you posted but it is giving the same message about not able to connect back to merchant's site and the orders are going into pending. I thought it might be the response url we gave to realex, http://www.partyandjokes.com/cgi-bin/os000001.pl that might be incorrect?

thanks to support - you need to remove any @ from the PostRealex.fil file.

Hi just looking at this now as I'm having the same problem - do you mean you just replace any @ with nothing ?

Currently the only @ I have is "if ($@)"

I don't have the original postrealex.fil file but I remember there was an email address in the code with the @ symbol, I had to remove it. Maybe relex have updated their code to remove this email address.
