Repeat orders

I'm wondering if there's easy way to repeat an order in Actinic. I guess the answer is no. "save" and "retrieve" in shopping cart, and "remember me" at checkout is far far less than enough.

Currently our customers can't repeat orders from order history, and our staff are also frustrated when customers ring to order. Whether customers are new or not, staff must keep customers on the phone for several minutes to generate a branded new order.

It's down to me to improve the efficiency, and I'm deciding whether to do an extension to Actinic or use something else.
