Suggest check out wording

We keep getting people that just don’t understand the information needed in checkout

Invoice data based on the credit card must match ( we dont word it as rude as that but maybe we should )

Please can any one suggest some nice simple wording to help the simple customers fill out a simple bit of data entry?

we do allow ship to another address

I would say it almost as you said - it's not rude:

"For your security your invoice address must match the statement address of your credit card."

The make it bold and in red.

This depends where you want to enter the text.

Wrap it !!<...>!! if you are placing it in a fragment and want to use HTML code to format it - otherwise modify your layout and add the code/text there.
