overwritting discounts on import

Hi There,

My client says that every time he does an import from Opera into Actinic V8 its overwrites the discounts he has set up in Actinic.

Any reason why this might happen?

There are no records of this happening earlier. I would suggest you get your customer to raise an email ticket @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm.
