Keyboard Shortcut Ctrl + F does not work

I am using V8 Business.

The keybord short cut Ctrl + F does not produce a popup box allowing me to search for orders in the orders section. But it does produce a popup allowing me to search for products in the products section.

I have installed the program on different machines and have the same problem on both. I have turned off Kaspersky my IS program but this makes no difference. I have also tried installations of the original program from the CD and a downloaded trial program.

Any ideas would be appreciated, this is a real bind particuarly when people do not know their order number.

I think this is something that has been fixed in 8.5.2?

Yep - Ctrl + F will bring up the order search in 8.5.2

When I bought V8 about 6-8 weeks ago, the sales guy said that the update was coming out the following week, that would appear to have been sales talk!

Is there any positive date for its release?

Yeah, it's taken longer than expected just to iron out all the little irritating kinks. We should have something out this week (but feel free to hang on till after Christmas before you upgrade! )
