Checkout Page - Error Message

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum and fairly new to Actinic. We've just inherited an Actinic website and I've uploaded it to www.wormburnergolf.co.uk.

Everything works, except when 'checkout' is clicked when I get the following error.

Not Found
The requested URL /cgi-bin/os000001.pl was not found on this server.

I've read some other forum posts and it looks like it is using the wrong path for the cgibin (looking for cgi-bin, should be cgibin). I've checked this in the network settings and everything seems to be ok?

I don't know what else to try - any help would be greatly appreciated.

apparently not though.

If you post your network settings (export to a txt file, remove usernames/passwords and copy/paste as text in a post) along with telling us who you're hosting the Actinic site with, someone may be able to advise better

actually, having looked at it, it's probably because you are using cgibin and normally it would be cgi-bin.
your cart summary at the top is using Actinic generated links (which use cgi-bin) so I guess you have 2 alternatives.
fix it so all your paths/folders are cgi-bin...or hardcode the links in the cart summary to use cgibin.

also, your contact us page, log in and your search are using Actinic generated (cgi-bin) links and do not work either so you'd need to change these.

It'd be far easier in the long run to change everything to cgi-bin, as it should be, IMO

Path from CGI-BIN to acatalog Directory as viewed by the FTP server (leave blank unless advised) - ../acatalog/

COMMON SETTINGS

CGI Script ID Number - 1

Path to the Perl Shell - /usr/bin/perl
