Multiple contact forms

Does anyone know how to have more than one contact form on a Actinic v8 site? I've got the general contact form linked from the Contact Us page but I want another, possibly two more, customised to only display a small number of boxes to enquire about training events, brochures etc.

then link to them via the navbar...
