    Download order functionality greyed out

    Hi,

I cannot seam to find it on the forum but here goes. I have re-installed Actinic on my new Vista PC. I have installed the latest patches and imported my websites. Everything was working fine until today when I received notification of a new order. I opened Actinic to download/ retrieve the order details and the button is greyed out as is all of the order functions under the 'Operations' menu. I can still see my old orders.

I have purged and refreshed the site and even re-installed the latest patch. I have checked my other websites and the functionality is not available on any of them. Any thoughts ?

    Cheers,
    Mark J

If you're using Designer, make sure that "Order download is enabled" is ticked in Design menu | Designer Options.

If using Catalog, make sure that "Order Processing" is ticked in Settings | Business Settings | Options.

      Thanks for the quick response.

Following your instructions it works fine. Obviously as I re-installed Actinic, the 'enable order download' is un-checked. I wouldn't of remembered to look there.

I had a similar problem today, I'd deployed a snapshot to a client last week, and although I'd left Catalog Maintenance, Order Processing, etc. ticked, they were unticked when I re-imported the client's snapshot that he back to sent me.

I was in St Austell yesterday... lovely weather
