SSL Error Message on upload attempt

I'm using Actinic 8 8.5.1.0.0.0.HIZA

For some reason this morning(as was working fine yesterday), Actinic keep giving the following error:



Has anyone experienced this problem before?

whats the URL and has the url got an SSL cert?

I think I've resolved it - the server I'm using for testing is experiencing technical problems.
