Thanks for all of your advice - much appreciated. I'll rethink the shipping charges based on what you've all said: ironic though, because I was trying to be as fair as possible by not charging too much for smaller orders and reflecting royal mail prices as best I could.

I know there have been countless posts about shipping (I've read them all too I think) but I've always found it tricky to come up with a simple, equitable and transparent way to charge for shipping without multiple price bands...
