network setup greyed out

hi - I am sure I am overlooking something simple on this , but any help pointing me in the correct direction would be appreciated.

I have a client, who has sent me a v8 snapshot of their site that was developed by another company.

When I load the snapshot on my version of actinic designer, all of the network settings are non editable and the network setup buttons on the dialog box are greyed out.

The client has 'access on this pc: network setup' checked and so do i. the client did a full snapshot prior to sending to me.

I need to change the network setup to get things onto my servers.

Any help is really appreciated - sure this is a simple one.

does this apply to v7 sites as well. i am having the same problem, but am not sure how to change from test mode.
