I'm suddenly getting emails from customers telling me their coupon codes aren't working Have tried it out for myself, and I am getting the message "The coupon code (---------) was not recognised, please check and re-enter."
Since I'm cutting and pasting directly from the Marketing window, I'm pretty sure I've got the codes correct...and everything is enabled in the order level tab (the coupon is for a fixed amount off the cart value). It worked when I initially set it up, and about the only thing I have changed in the last few days is that I've upgraded the system to the new V8.5.2. Is anyone else having any problems, or can anyone think of another reason why my coupons might not be working? Any help appreciated so I don't get killed by irate Xmas shoppers....
