    Sage link question

We've just launched a new site for a client, www.shootingco.com which works fine but the question is to do with sage. They manage all their stock control with sage, and each product (including colour, size etc) has a unique reference.
Obviously, within Actinic these are handled by attributes etc, but is there anyway to match a product/attribute to a unique sage product ? Actinic says no, but this must be a common problem surely ? Any ideas ?

    BTW, Merry Xmas everyone.

Same way as you do for stock monitoring choices, each variant is a product.

That seems to be the obvious thing, but lets say you are dealing with clothing (and they are) so say, a pair of trousers comes in 5 waist sizes, 5 leg lengths and 5 colours: That's 125 combinations. Is there a way that each option could have a unique ID ?

That would be 125 product then. How are these variation set up in SAGE? I would assume that each variation was set up as an individual product in Line 50. If this is the case then a product in Sage becomes a product in Actinic.

That is, indeed, the way it is setup in Sage Line50. It's a shame there isn't a solution to this problem.
