Running actinic off line with CGI/Perl ?

OK, here goes first post: have been working with actinic nearly a month now and was wondering if anyone in the community successfully runs their shop offline with any of the setups that support perl/cgi - such as Opti Perl/WinAmp etc - or even if this is partly/completely possible?

I've had a search for related threads without success (honest!) - but am happy to be directed if anybody knows different.

The Advanced Guide has full details of installing Apache / Perl / WarFTPd and how to connect Actinic to them.

I think most of the experienced develpers use that local server system.

Wamp is an easy way to install most of what's required.

Worked like a dream....

- that was a breeze - using the Advanced Users Guide and following the instructions word for word I've now got full offline shop capability. I can just reimport my 'live shop' network settings everytime I want to upload. Thanks for the help guys - much apreciate. Sean
