Import *ord file

I would like if it is possible to download the *.ord (which must contain the order) from the server to my computer ? I've tried and get an error message.
After changing the server I still have 2 orders on the previous server and cannot read them !

If you copy the .ord files from their current location onto your new server, Actinic should then see and download the files.

Once you confirm this, you can then delete the files from the old server.

No, I cannot copy the file. When I try with the ftp, I get an error message.
But no problem, there were only 2 orders and I contacted the client. It is OK now, thanks
