installing wordpress

Apparently this has been covered before but I can't find where (if anyone's got the link, great). I want to install wordpress with actinic. ie: keep the overall look of the site the same (header, menu etc) and have wordpress working on a brochure page (NEWS). Does anybody have any tips on how to go about this?

Perhaps place wordpress into an iFrame in a text only fragment.
