    Actinic Business Multi Site Crashing

I am having problems with the above.

The details are that, when in Design Tab mode, if I click on 'Checkout Page 3' actinic throws up the following alert and on my acknowledging it, crashes!

I've tried most of the other pages, including 'Shopping Cart' and Checkout Pages 0, 1 and 2, and they are OK.

I'm still on XP Pro, so can't blame Vista for any of this!

    Anyone else had similar?

    Regards,
    David

editting checkout 3 often crashes Actinic V8 no matter what the system or software!
There have been numerous reports of it on the forums

Not sure anyone has found a solution but it happens to most people!

      Hi Tracey,

Thanks very much for the info. It makes me feel muuuuuch better now everyones in the same cart!

It's obviously a bug of some sorts!

I'm not sure if it's the software or browser throwing a wobbly with the java applet display/preview but you're certainly not alone!

This is often related to the version of Java Runtime installed on your pc. Try reverting back to v5.xxx instead of the newer v6.xx

              LOL
              He's a clever fella

I reverted my java version to stop it crashing (and I notice I am being notified of more updates, in the last few weeks, that need installing but I'm not going to do them)

I don't use checkout 3 or the java applet but it's nice to have it not crashing on me!

                Hi All and Mal,

                Happy New Year to each!!

I've never listened to God very much, but I'll take Duncan's advice and revert now the new year celebrations are coming to an end. Just beginning to feel human again

                Thanks all,

                David
