Hi All,
I have just installed Actinic Catalog Client on my customers brand new computer for them (windows vista) and everything seemed fine.
Actinic opened fine and i went to "Snapshot > Import Site.." and selected the snapshot I made for them. Just before the stage where you can tick "All Orders" and "All Content" it came up with a Windows error saying "Catalog - Internet Sales Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I did a search and found a thread where someone had a similar problem, they said they re-installed the program and it worked fine. I have tried this but now a new error appears: "Site restore" but there is NO MESSAGE!
