Problem when sending shipped email

We have noticed a problem in actinic that only recently started happening. When we create an email and select the 'Order Shipped Mail' option, it is dropping some of the products ordered titles, see example below:

Has anyone had a similar problem to this? It appears to work fine sometimes and works fine all the time on other email templates? We haven't changed anything recently either so im a bit stuck?
