I am using Multisite an when i try and change the theme from smart to any other theme i loose three buttons. They are HOME, MORE and BROCHURE. This only happes on the Home page, contact us page and about us page. One in the store they are fine. Any ideas anyone?

Try applying the theme again -
Once you have the theme you want you can either set the brochure pages to use the same layout as the product / section pages under the advanced theme configuration.. or add the missing buttons to the layout... in design tab click on one of the buttons... navigate to the parent button and you will see the pinjk layouts for the buttons that are there ... click on the insert layout button ... check the "use fixed layout" and search on nav ... you will see the list of buttons under the navicon layout selector (IIRC) and select the missing button in the list at the bottom.Comment
