Error Message on Downloading Orders

One of my clients has a problem when downloading orders.

On downloading an order they get a warning message saying "Not for Commercial Use - Demonstration of Order Processing Only". And when looking at the orders all the customer details have Demo: before their details.

They're using Actinic Designer - Any ideas what the problem might be?

Designer is NOT licenced to process orders

you need client in addition to designer either client catalog or client business

as it says on the pack designer is for designers who develop for clients and thus have no interest in downloading orders

Arrh that be it then - I assumed the client was running Actinic Multi User as that's what they were installing - think there was a oversight when they installed it some how.

Sorry it's Monday! Didnt click with me when they said they have Designer installed! I think I need another holiday
