Exended info popups too small in IE

Hi,

I have set all my pop-ups to 800 x 800, and in preview mode look fine, but when I upload they appear small in IE6 (they need stretched to view) and in FF they appear as a full pop-up page. Does anyone have any ideas what I could be doing wrong? My site is an upgrade from v6 if thats any help???

Gordon,
Do you have the auto resize layout selected under your extended info tab? See image included. Just a thought. This works fine if FF (resizes perfectly) but does not seem to work in IE(you need to expand the popup as you say)

Hi Simon,

No, I don't have that option selected, in fact I do not have that option available. Mine is set to 'Name and Info text Displayed Right of Image'.

Er, not quite sure why you don't have that option? I am running Business V8 and the option is definatley there.
Can anyone else out there suggest why Gordon may not have this option?

auto resize layout

Is not a standard layout - you need to add it from the AUG

I have just noticed on my live site, that I do not have an option for Act_extended info above (upgraded), this could be where I am going wrong. Can this be added to the drop down list or recalled somehow??

Sounds like a problem in the upgrade - how did you do it?

Your popup links are passing width and height dimensions of 0,0 to the ShowPopUp routine. Check the values on your extended info tab.
