I am using the latest version of 8.5.2 and today I am having a weird problem. A number of customers have contacted me today to say that parts of their orders are missing from the emails they have been sent out (I have a couple of email templates set up in Actinic and I use them to send out payment requests, shipment notices etc).
The full text is present in the saved copy of the email in actinic, but I've tried sending the emails to myself now and I have found that variable amounts of text from the "order status" line down are missing from all of the email templates when they are sent, and then there are a few lines from the bottom of the email present. Tried searching the forum but couldn't find anyone else with a similar problem.
I've tried compacting the databases with no effect, and I'm going to do a full site refresh (although my last upload was a full refresh) to see if that does anything. Any other suggestions as to what might be going wrong? I can send out emails in the meantime manually but it's really annoying that I can't reliably do it in Actinic anymore...
