Links wont work on preview

Hi,

I am using one product per section.

When trying to preview my website by a section, the links are not working on the products in the offline page preview
I cannot see what is wrong
Can you help please?

are you previewing just one page? (as in an"offline page preview")

If so, it'll only generate a preview for that single page and not any of the links from it.
If you want to check the linked pages from it too, you'll need to generate a full "offline preview" which generates the whole site in preview mode (although cgi links won't work, be warned)

Hi Tracey.

Sorry, let me explain a bit better, tired!

Basically i have 3000 products imported from version 7 developer.

Each section has other sections underneath this with a product in, so there is one page per product.

Lets say one of my main sections (eg widgets) has 12 sections underneath this with 12 products in there.
When i do a page preview on this section i see the 12 thumbnail images which when clicked will go to the product page, however nothing happens when i click the section images.
Can you help?

are you still doing a single "offline page preview" though?
If so, the chances are the only reason the any preview links are working could be because you've previously done an "offline page preview" for those also so they are saved in your preview folder.
a single "offline page preview" is designed to view one page only and isn't designed so that the links then take you to a further page offline

Ah now i see.

I had previously loaded up a test site and these were working fine offline.
This is a new section i have just added.
I will load this up and they should work fine then?
