            Administrator password

My client has just upgraded to version 9.02 and suddenly he needs a password?
'Administrator' has worked - but how can we turn it off please? He says he has never set one up and does not want one.

              Hi there

I suggest checking a couple of things:

              1) Go to 'Business Settings | Options' and de-select 'Enable Login and Card Encryption'.

              2) If that option is greyed out, it is because your client has accidentally chosen to shared the site's data during startup. You can stop this from happening by selecting 'File | Multi-User Options | Convert to Standalone Mode'.

One of these should sort it.
