Hiding Products

I would like to hide a product from all customers, but when I untick the "product visible" box in the"Prices" box, it simply puts up a message on the site which says "This product is only available to registered customers". All I want to do is make it disappear for a bit. I have v8.

Have a look on the general tab of your product for a checkbox to tick.
