Relocation

What is the best way of relocating CART Display and
TopLevelSectionLink with TopSectionPageURL.

I used Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 and saved it , but I can not see the modification of the page,

I opened the site in Design view-
selected the area - Edit Layout in Dreamvear.
Page opens up. Done the Alteration . saved it. close the program.
But the alteration dos not appear in site.

You need to go to the 'Actinic' menu in Dreamweaver and select 'Submit Changes to Actinic'. That should pass the change back.
