    Send receipt email to customer

    Sanity check please;

    Having selected the above option I would expect an email to be sent to any customer automatically having placed an order.

    Is this correct? At the moment it does not appear to be working, but before I start trying to fix the problem I want to make sure my expectations are correct.

        First run a network test in Actinic and check for errors.

          Hello,

          Network test works fine, as does manually sending emails, it is the automation which appears to be the issue, can someone point me towards the relevant threads?

            Do you receive the confirmation email from your site after pressing the TEST button on the network settings page?

            If yes, then the automation is working. If no, you need to recheck your mail settings against the appropriate thread for your host in the upload etc forum.

              And don't forget that the email only gets sent if the customer returns to the receipt page.
