permutation pricing not adding

Hi
When selecting an add on from a permutation, the add on price is not adding in the cart. I've been looking and reading from previous threads, but have not quite got the hang of this.

And select something from "Folder specific items.

Are you selecting 'sum of component and product prices' in the product general tab?
