Missing checkout button images

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help with this. I use only two buttons in shopping cart page update and checkout now, both images for these buttons have vanished. Has anyone ever come across this before? As far as I am aware I never did anything to make these button images leave home.

You may have done something on the template or in the theme config inadvertently. Revert to your previous snapshot or convert/compare your cart/checkout layouts back to factory settings to eliminate any problems in that area.

Strange. Neither button_update_button.gif nor button_checkoutnow_button.gif are showing to be uploaded on your site. (http://www.edinburghsilvergifts.co.u...ate_button.gif gives a 404) To confirm this just add them to the additional files list and upload. Then if it works you may need to do a purge and refresh. (And remove them from the A list)

Missing update and checkout now images

Unfortunately, neither of the two solutions offered worked. Anyone any other ideas?

Go into advanced theme config, create some new buttons and then switch back to the existing ones, may be just a blip that nees correcting - very strange though, never seen it myself, stands a good chance you've done something you didn't realise.

Did a previous snapshot not solve it either? if not sounds like it has been a problem for sometime, maybe only just been noticed?

Missing checkout buttons

Thank you very much for your help. please excuse my ignorance, i have no idea how to create new buttons in advanced theme config. May I ask you to expand on this for me.

Just select the buttons tab in advanced theme config, choose a new set of buttons, click apply and check see if they appear. If they do, then go back to your previous set and apply that set again and cross your fingers they appear.

Snapshot before you do anything though just in case. If i had to put some money on the problem, i'd say you have amended the cart/checkout pages to cause this. If that rings a bell, then revert them to factory settings in the design | library and leave well alone, that area is not for the faint hearted and should be left well alone.

Missing buttons

Sir, you are a genius. Many many thanks for that, the images are back - thank god!!!!!

I now find the cancel button in the next checkout page goes nowhere and does nothing it just shows a blank page. Anyone come across this before?

Have you followed Lee's suggestion to restore the button to factory settings?
