Sage Line 50 to Actinic overwriting layouts

I've just upgraded Actinic to V8.5.2 Multi-User from V8.0.2.

Ignoring all the other upgrade problems (see other posts) I'm now finding our Actinic Link is now resetting all our product layouts to the Version default.

We have been using V7 & V8 with Actinic / Sage link without any problems for years and have checked all the settings are 'as before'.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem or got any idea why Actinic Link is over writing existing product layouts (Yes it is set to Update and not Overwrite)?

I look forward to hearing from more experienced users.

I've just had (unhelpful) feedback from Support saying that this is a 'bug' and will be addressed (hopefully) in the next release!

Beware if you are upgrading to V8.5.2 with the intention to use Actinic Link, as it will overwrite your layouts and return them to the defaults. We use Sage Line 50, I do not know if this also affects Quickbooks.
