This one's a bit of a head screw

We sell School Uniform and offer some, not all, of our schools a deliver to the school service for collection by the parent.

This service costs 50 pence per order.

Our website calculates postage costs on weights.

One of our new schools wants parents to be able to order online to be delivered to the school.

How we go about adding an option to deliver to school that adds 50 pence to the order without adding the postage costs already calculated because each item has it's own weight??

As we process card payments offline the only thing I can come up with is to create a zero value product with online ordering disabled, and adding this to the top of the page that contain's that school's uniform, with a message that even though postage costs will show on the checkout the cost will not actually be put through on the card?

I know this all sounds quite ridiculous but if anyone's got any ideas??

    Thanks

Create a class called 'Deliver Direct To School' and include your associated charge in it of:

    1000kg - £0.50
