Description in new products listing

Is there a way of just showing title and price without the description in the New products listing using the Smart Theme.

The layout 'Sidebar New Products List In A Box' does just that.

Thanks but I do not want to show these in the side bar. I want them on the home page and I only want image ,heading and price to show

Just remove the section description variable from the layout on the design tab or ask your new designer to do it for you, it's quite easy. As always backup before you try anything yourself, in case you mess things up.
