Marketing- Best sellers causes Actinic to close

When I go into Marketing tab and try the best sellers list I get this message all the time and Actinic just prompts this message ''Catalog-Internet Sales Application has encountered a problem and needs to close''

You need to delete the products out of the best sellers list directly in the database, i think it's to do with duplicates or products that no longer exist being in the best sellers list. Details are in the forum as i had to do this a few months ago, try a search for the solution. Make sure you are on latest version also.
