Can someone shed some light regarding several of our website not sending emails to either us or the customers.
Having looked at the error log I find:
'Date and Time = 2008/01/30 10:04, Internal Errors = Unable to connect to the mail socket (Connection refused)
Program = ORDERSCR, Program version = 18286 , HTTP Server = Apache/1.3.33 (Unix) , Return code = 999 , Date and Time = 2008/01/30 10:04, Internal Errors = Unable to connect to the mail socket (Connection refused)'
Is this a problem with our websites (and actinic) or is this a problem with the hosting company? Where should I be looking and what should I be doing?
