auto email to customer

Hello all

Can you tell me if there is an option to send an email automaticaly to customers as soon as i mark their order as completed?

Hi Otiz.
Go to SETTINGS, BUSINESS SETTINGS and click on the ORDER PROCESSING tab. On the right hand suide there is a box called 'One-Click Order Completion" with the option to Send Email based on the specified template.

Yeah i saw that, do i ahve to use the one click button for that to work on the toolbar though?

It seems to do the same thing whether you use the button on the toolbar or right-click the order and select 'Complete Order' from the menu however see also Tracey's reply to the following thread:

Although the email is auto generated it appears that it isn't automatically sent.
