Getting URLs for (My document files)

I am trying to set up Links in actinic using the URL section with browse button but i cant link any files as they are not URLs.

How can i convert? what do I do to make these files become URLs to use as links.

Put the file into 'additional files' and then link to that file by using:

http://www.mysite.com/acatalog/filename.jpg

It will work after an upload of your site.

EDIT: Have the spate of windups started again and i just got suckered in?

No windups im using a trial version of actinic of line untill I get hosting/server hence it seems I cant make links untill those files are uploaded as URLs in the acatalogue.

Got trial hosting now seems that somethings/plug ins will only show when used in actual browser not preview.

Put the files in your Site folder. Then you can link to them via just the filename. Actinic should be able to detect these files and upload them for you (once you have hosting).
