Problem adding product to basket

Had a customer email to say they couldn't add a particular product to basket as it gave errors. Error is:
The following product cannot be added to the basket
You can find the error description(s) by following the link(s).
Petstages Dental Health Chew Cat Toy

Click on the link and it takes you to the product and just repeats the error message - no further details are provided.

As far as I can see it is only this one product - but without adding every product to basket can't be 100% sure.

Have searched forum and can't find this error message.

Anyone any ideas?

Don't know the solution but it appears to be the only product without a qty box beside it! Probably something to do with that.
