default design dialogue box

Hi

Every time I open actinic on any of my 3 machines in our store, I get the message: "do you want to use the default v8 design for the imported site"
To which I can answer, yes, no or cancel.
By pressing anything other than cancel, the site resets itself and completely changes all of the settings for the layout.
Is there any way to stop this from happening?
I have already re-installed actinic.

Please help as this is causing conflict with the One Stop Automation tool.

I've seen this on a V7 upgrade, to get round it, install V7, setup the site, change the theme, export a snapshot and then import that into V8. Seems to get confused on themes and ends up sending you round in an endless circle.
