validating the special delivery box?

Hi There,

My client would like the special delivery box in the checkout stage to be mandatory and there is no option to do it in the DESIGN TEXT area, is there any other way I can add validation to the form please?

This can be set as required in design|text, you just need to tick the 'required' box. Search for 'special delivery', there is a couple of entries.
