    Not Recieving Order Comfirmations

    ok notice this seems to be a common problem but havent found a topic thats helped me.

    ive recently moved hosts to Actinic.

    now the problem is when an order comes in,
    im not recieving an email comfirmation..
    however the customer receives theres.

    ive done a network test and everything is fine.

    i have the correct email address in 'business settings orders' and 'company contacts'


    any help would be great.

    Often the cause is that the customer is completing the PSP payment and not returning to your store afterwards.

      Hi thanks for replying.

      well ive just tired doing a test myself.. and finishing off the payment properly. yet still no email comfirmation.

        Check you have configured an email address correctly in Business Settings - Ordering - Email.
