When at the checkout stages, there are 2 marketing "general info"
marketing questions (which can be modified) and 1 which can be added which is user defined. My client has requested that I include a total of 8 questions - 3 of which require free text entry, and the other 5 are selectable answers from a drop down list - I don't need these answers to be downloaded with the orders - I only need the answers to appear in the customer e-mail, a copy of which is sent to my client. Actinic's advanced user guide helps show me how to add the existing general info questions in the email- but how can I add more?
I thought adding 5 extra drop-down list questions to the checkout
process would be very simple - answers to which appear in the customer e-mail.
Is there anyone who knows how to get around this? I would be very grateful if you can help.
