Page Preview Problem & Template Question

    Hello!

I've got a couple of questions that I hope someone can help me out with, I've been through the board looking for an answer but it's illuding me.

I have just installed actinic version 8.5.1 HIZA to work on a clients website and the page preview in content mode keeps on coming up with 'The page can not be displayed' standard IE warning. It doesn't do this all the time just some of the time. I have IE6 installed, are there any known issue between the 2 or does anyone know why this is happening?

Also is it possible to de-register a dreamweaver template associated with actinic ?

    Many Thanks.

    Cammy.

Change theme or create another external layout.

Thanks for your reply. I had already tried this, but it doesn't appear to remove the old templates from the list of available layouts :-( I have also totally deleted the templates from the site 1 folder which doesn't make any difference. It's just a small thing that was annoying me lol

With regards to my other problem, updating to IE7 has sorted it out.

      Regards,

      Cammy.

The layouts are still there in the Library in case you want to go back and reuse again. If you are wanting to remove from the list you can either

        1. remove from the layout selector so they do not appear in your list
        2. delete from the library

The first soft option keeps them but removes their access when assigning a layout. The second hard option removes them for good. Tread wisely young Padawain.

Thanks for that! I have deleted them from my library.
