"Contacu Us" not working

Everything on our Actinic v8 Business site is working as it should wth one exception, the Contact Us feature.

We fill in the form and hit the send button and are then directed to a page confirming that the message has been sent. However, nothing appears at our end.

We receive copies of orders via e-mail so I'm assuming that the system is set up correctly.

Can any kind soul point me in the right direction?

Thabks Bill,

The spam folder was empty however, after a little more digging I've discovered that GFI's mail essentials was tagging the e-mails with an SPF fail and archiving them.
