Receipt Page Done Button

When you get to the checkout stage on my site and you get to the receipt page there is a DONE button. When clicking on the done button, a blank page is displayed.

When I click on the error message at the bottom of the page I get the following :

Error : Invalid procedure call or argument
Code : 0

Any ideas ?

Have you made any changes to the OrderScript? Clicking on done should take you back to your home page.

If you haven't made any changes to the script, simply replace it with the original. Go to your actinic folder and open the "Original" folder. Copy the OrderScript.pl file and overwrite the one in your sites folder. Restart the 'nic. Upload and test.

If you have made changes. Copy the one in your sites folder to a different location. Compare it with the original in the original folder and redo your changes but be sure to steer well clear of the code following "m/$sDoneButton/i" in the script.

its called OrderScript.pl and is in site1 folder

Go to your actinic folder and open the "Original" folder. Copy the OrderScript.pl file and overwrite the one in your sites folder.

probably C:\Program Files\Actinic v9

ie copy from C:\Program Files\Actinic v9\Original to C:\Documents and Settings\xxx\My Documents\Actinic v9\Sites\Site1

Thanks, have changed this file back to the original and its still not working. Still the same error message.

I have refreshed the website and updated.

Anyone any other ideas ?

The baseref on the Receipt page is wrong (as well as the cart and the rest of the checkout pages and contact us). It is:

http://www.pet-bliss.com/acatalog/

but you are using .ie not .com

The catalog pages are correct:

http://www.pet-bliss.ie/acatalog/

Check your network settings carefully.

I've just checked my network settings and its all .ie.

Where could the .com setting be saved ?

Could it be due to the fact that the .com was my original domain and I changed it over to the .ie ?
