    Loads of problems with offline order

    1. when inputting an order on the V9 tab

    the payment options only give what is inputed as options for website
    for example, on payment page i only have capture credit card details.
    but when doing this offline i really need all options, i.e i really want invoice with order and other methods to be used offline, but none of them showing to customers on the website.

    3. when the class of service is changed the price doesnt seem to change accordingly in the cart on the offline order page.
    doesnt matter what you do or diffrent services. i can input my own postage costs, but this defeats the point of the odject

    in offline order tab
    when inputting credit card detail, you can choose your card type, but

    at moment it is set to default to require
    card number
    expiry date
    and CVV2

    when i change it to another i.e maestro that requires a issue number the requirement are not changed and can be left blank, so card will not process and wrong details taken i.e if issue number not inputted. same for if you want a start date, i think its best if when the issue date is not needeed it should be hidden, but when is chosen as needed it reapears and starts blank untill an input date is entered, reducing the chance of a cock up

    ok for me, but if someone new or someone not used to the system takes the order, it could well be messed up




    have passed all this information to the test teams.

    I've got your emails and I'll email you directly tomorrow. Just on the subject of:

    I think this is an upgrade bug, which I have seen befor (and should be fixed in time for the final release).

    The fix is to go to 'Design | Library | Layouts' and go to the 'MOTO Fields' group. You'll need to be evaluating Designer to see this.

    Edit 'MOTO Payment Card Type'.

    Find this line:

    <td width="40%>

    and change it to

    <td width="40%">

      Hi there - I can't reproduce this at all. The shipping costs change automatically for me on both a new store and an upgraded store. Maybe I could take a look at your v9 snapshot - I have sent you an email asking for this.

        I agree this one is a bit odd. I'll pass it onto the development team and see whether it's something that can be fixed.
